Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում այսօր՝
. 30 հազար երեխա ունի նվազագույն պարենի կարիք (նրանցից ավելի քան 2 հազարը մինչև 1 տարեկան երեխաներ են, մինչև 3 տարեկան երեխաների թիվը՝ շուրջ 10 հազար է),
. շուրջ 2 հազար հղի կին թերսնված է և չի կարող առողջարար սնունդով ապահովել իրեն և իր ապագա երեխային,
. հաշմանդամություն ունեցող ավելի քան 9 հազար քաղաքացի հայտնվել է կյանքի դժվարին իրավիճակում,
. ավագ սերնդի 20 հազար ներկայացուցիչ ունի պարենի հասանելիության սահմանափակում։
Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աննա Ժամակոչյանի խոսքով՝ սա հումանիտար ճգնաժամի նկարագիրն է, որին բախվում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անխտիր բոլոր ընտանիքները։ ԱԳՆ–ում այսօր կայացած հանդիպմանը, որին մասնակցել են Կառավարության ու Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարների և միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, Աննա Ժամակչյանն ընդգծել է, որ հունիսի 15-ից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի լիակատար շրջափակումը, սննդի, կենսական նշանակության պարագաների մատակարարումների դադարեցումը հումանիտար ճգնաժամ է առաջացրել։
Ժամակոչյանի խոսքով՝ այն պայմաններում, երբ խափանված է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գազամատակարարումը, էլեկտրամատակարարումը, կասեցված է հանրային տրանսպորտի երթևեկությունը, պարենի հասանելիությունը քաղաքային բնակիչների համար ձգտում է զրոյի․ սա այն դեպքում, երբ Ստեփանակերտի բնակիչները կազմում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի 120 հազար բնակչությունից 80 հազարը։
Ա․ Ժամակոչյանը մանրամասնել է, որ երեկ ԼՂ-ում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի կառավարման աշխատանքային խմբի որոշման համաձայն՝ կազմակերպվել է առաջին անհրաժեշտության պարենային ապրանքատեսակների գնում և պահեստավորում, որը նախատեսված է հասցեագրել ԼՂ բնակչության առաջնային կարիքների բավարարմանը։

➢ 30 thousand children face acute shortage of minimal food (more than 2 thousand of them are children under the age of 1, the number of children under the age of 3 is around 10 thousand),
➢ about 2 thousand pregnant women are malnourished and cannot provide healthy food for themselves and their future child,➢ more than 9 thousand citizens with disabilities found themselves in a difficult life situation,
➢ 20 thousand representatives of the older generation face limited access to food.According to the Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of Armenia Ms. Anna Zhamakochyan, this is the description of the humanitarian crisis that all the families of Nagorno Karabakh are facing without an exception.
During today’s meeting with the representatives of the Government of Armenia, Heads of Diplomatic Missions accredited in Armenia and representatives of International Organizations (held at the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Anna Zhamakochyan has emphasized that the total blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh, which has started since June 15, 2023, the termination of supplies of food and other vital items has triggered a humanitarian crisis.
According to Ms. Zhamakochyan, in the current circumstances, when the gas and electricity supplies to Nagorno Karabakh are disrupted, public transportation is suspended, the access to food for urban residents strives to zero. The situation is getting more dramatic when one realizes that the residents of Stepanakert (capital city of Nagorno Karabakh) make up 80 thousand out of the 120 thousand population of Nagorno Karabakh.
Deputy Minister Zhamakochyan specified, that according to the yesterday’s decision of the Working Group of the Humanitarian Crisis Management in Nagorno-Karabakh, the purchase and storage of essential food products were organized, intended to address the primary needs of the population of Nagorno Karabakh.
